WOODBURY, N.J: A judge in New Jersey has declined to lower bail for two New York men who stole a car belonging to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency of New York.
The accused Richard Boyce and Jonathan Moe have been kept at Gloucester County on 35,000 dollar bail each.
