LAHORE: Supreme Court of Pakistan rejected bail application of a drug smuggler Atta Ullah and ordered to trial Court that complete the trial against the accused person within one and half month.
According to details two member bench of Supreme Court Lahore registry comprising Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chudhary and Justice Omer Atta Bandyal starts hearing the case of drug smuggler Atta Ulla in which accused advocate filed bail application of Atta Ullah.
Advocate of accused argued before the Court that Mianwali police registered wrong/fake case of smuggling of 12 hundred kilograms of drug outside the country and accused is in jail without any evidence and eyewitness were present so, the bail of accused Atta Ullah should be accepted.
