RTO hears nine cases of income, sales tax

ISLAMABAD: A total of nine petitions were held on Monday for hearing before Commissioner (Appeal II) Naseer Butt in Regional Tax Office (RTO) Islamabad.

According to sources, three cases were adjourned, two petitioners did not pursue their cases while in other cases judgments were reserved by commissioner. Source said that notices will be sent to those appellants who did not attend the hearing.

While sharing information, sources told that Zaheer Ahmed had appealed for hearing the case on May 19, 2015, Asma Tariq on June 8, Sir Syed Memorial Society on June 8, Sarkar Energy (Pvt) Limited on June 10, M/s East West Infiniti (Pvt) Ltd on June 9, M/s Channel 7 Communication (Pvt) on April 28, Aurangzeb Khan on June 1, Communication Inn on June 23 and M/s Aircom Intl on May 22.
