ISLAMABAD: The staffers of Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) and Customs Appellate Tribunal (CAT) are suspicious about maintenance of ‘allowances’ since the Ministry of Law and Justice is not ready to deliver similar financial benefits to the employees of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST), Islamabad.

The employees of the said tribunals were fearing suspension/stoppage of ‘allowances’ as the Accountant General of Pakistan Revenue (AGPR)-on behalf of Ministry of Law and Justice- had attained a legal stay on the matter. Earlier, Hafiz Muhammad Tahir (AGPR) had denied to provide judicial, utilities and vehicle allowance to FST employees in Islamabad.
