KARACHI: Motorists are facing difficulties in getting vehicle tax tokens from the Excise and Taxation Department’s Motor Vehicle Registration Wing.

Car owners told Customs Today that computerised receipts had been issued for some time, but the authorities have now restarted tokens. They said they were made to run from pillar to post to get tokens. They said they were visiting the office for the last two days. They said they could not travel without tokens as traffic and excise police officials were everywhere. They urged the government to take measures to help the people in this regard.
