Last date extends for submission of property tax till Oct. 31

SIALKOT: The Punjab government has announced to extended last date for the payment of property tax with 5 percent concession till October 31, 2015 to facilitate maximum number of citizens.

Sources told Customs Today that Excise Sialkot authorities urged citizens to file their tax returns immediately .  The Excise and Taxation department is also advertising that paying property taxes is the sole responsibility of the taxpayers in order to take facilities of taxpayers.

Meanwhile, a large number of people rushed to Excise and Taxation office to deposit tax. Due to advent of Muharramul Haram a number of taxpayers are busy in observing their religious rites starting from the last week of October, 2014.
