ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday reserved decision of a case filed by Commissioner Inland Revenue, Rawalpindi.
IHC division bench comprised of Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Shuakat Aziz Siddiqui heard the case. The commissioner Inland Revenue, Rawalpindi had filed a complaint against AD Marketing Services.
Meanwhile, the Court also heard a petition filed by M/s. Paktel Limited in which it had made collector excise and taxation a respondent. The bench sent the case to office to set date for hearing before December.
During another hearing, Justice Athar Minallah, as single bench, issued notices to parties for hearing before winter vacation. He was hearing a case filed by collector customs against Bestway Cement.
