ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of a customs reference filed against Customs Appellate Tribunal.
A citizen, Manzoor Ahmed filed the reference challenging Customs Appellate Tribunal’s decision, through his counsel Naeem Qazi.
The bench comprising Justice Shuakat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Athar Minallah heard the reference and sent it to the office for setting next date for hearing. The bench also directed the counsels of both sides to ensure appearance before the bench on the next date of hearing.
