IHC postpones hearing of reference filed against Customs Appellate Tribunal

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of a customs reference filed against Customs Appellate Tribunal.

A citizen, Manzoor Ahmed filed the reference challenging Customs Appellate Tribunal’s decision, through his counsel Naeem Qazi.
