SIALKOT: Punjab Board of Revenue has fixed Rs 1.62 billion annual official recovery target for the Gujranwala Division.
According to Additional District Collector Gujranwala Rafaqat Ali Niswana, the said target has been given to ensure the early recovery of the capital value tax, stamp duty and registration taxes from the people.
The special tasks have also been given to the recovery officers of tehsil and district level in Gujranwala as well as all the eight registration branches in Gujranwala district would make hectic efforts to collect this revenue in shape of capital value tax, stamp duty and registration fee.
