ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister, Ishaq Dar here on Monday presided a meeting of senior officials of Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industries, Ministry of National Food Security ((MNFS)) and Ministry of Commerce to review the implementation status of the Kissan Package.
The meeting expressed satisfaction on the effective and prompt implementation of the package throughout the country.
The Finance Minister while appreciating efforts of the officials concerned in implementation of the Package said that the momentum must be maintained in future as well and it should be ensured that the farmers fully avail benefits of the package.
The Finance Minister on this occasion added the government attached great importance to the well being of the farmers’ community and would take all measures to facilitate them.
