TOKYO: Japan plans to sign an agreement with Thailand as part of a program to offset its emissions in exchange for clean-energy and energy-saving technologies.
The two countries plan to hold a signing ceremony in Tokyo on Thursday, according to a document provided by the Ministry of the Environment.
