All politicians should resolve country’s issues: Saad

LAHORE: Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique Tuesday has said that all the political parties should lend their support to the government to resolve long-standing issues including power crisis and terrorism.

He said this while addressing a simple but impressive ceremony held here at Boys Elementary School Lahore Cantt, after laying foundation stone of its new building on Tuesday.

Khawaja Saad said that politics of allegations were dying out as people of the country were fed up, saying all the political powers should be united for the sake of development of the country.

He said that children of upper, middle class and poor strata should be given equal education and the government was making all out efforts in this regard.

Talking about the new building of the school, he said that an amount of Rs 20 million has been allocated for the building while its map has also been approved. He said that highly qualified teachers would be appointed on merit and children would be given educational facilities like in private schools.
