IHC adjourns case against Islamabad RTO

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday adjourned hearing of case filed against Regional Tax Office (RTO), Islamabad.

Hearing a civil miscellaneous application, IHC judge Justice Aamer Farooq allowed the plea and adjourned the case till second week of January, 2016. The court also directed the parties to complete arguments in the case on next date.

IHC single bench was hearing the case filed by Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited. In the said case, the company had made Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue a respondent.

Advocate Farhat Zafar represented the RTO in the court.
