Pakistan on the track of economic stability: Dastgir

SIALKOT: Federal Minister for Commerce and Industry Engineer Khurram Dastgir Khan has said that now the economical and political stability is rapidly growing in Pakistan.

He stated this while addressing the participants of annual prize distribution ceremony of Pakistan Electric Fans Manufacturers Association (PEFMA) held at Gujrat. PEFMA Chairman Ammad Rafiq, Gujrat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) President Mian Muhamamd Ejaz and PFMA former chairman Haji Muhammad Ilyas were also present on the occasion.

Federal Minister termed the continuity of positive and effective economical policies as vital for the national economic stability and peace, which were also direly needed for bringing maximum flow of foreign investment in Pakistan.

He revealed that the federal government would announce new trade policy within next two weeks by taking the business community on board.

He said that the national economy was getting stronger day by day in the country, as there was no doubt to say that the national economy was now in taking off position due to the effective and positive economical policies by the government.

He said that the government was striving for curbing the menace of the inherited prolonged energy crisis, saying that there would be the end of the load shedding of electricity within next couple of years in the county.
