LAHORE: The Punjab government has issued a circular of transfers and postings in the province on secretary level.
According to the notification, Ahmad Bilal has been appointed as the Secretary of the Punjab Excise and Taxation Department. Earlier, Ahmad Bilal was working as officer on special duty.
