ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) to hear multiple income tax references filed by Regional Tax Office (RTO).
IHC Division Bench, comprising of Justice Noor ul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Aamer Farooq would hear the tax references filed by income tax commissioner and Inland Revenue commissioner against different parties.
Income tax commissioner had approached the court against M/s Askari Associates Private Limited, M/s Safe Guard Securities and others.
Meanwhile, the IR commissioner had filed cases against Attock Refinery Limited, National Police Foundation and others.
