KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Large Taxpayers Unit (LTU) has directed the banks to provide the details of non-filers by January 15, 2016.
Sources said that these details will help the FBR to detect such elements those make huge transactions through banks but not pay taxes.
The LTU has asked the banks to send the withholding tax statements of last six months of current fiscal year along with the name, address and national identity card number of non-filers.
