FAISALABAD: The Federal Invsetigation Agency (FIA) has arrested two brothers who are part of a gang which is involved in sending innocent people abroad through illegal channels.
Sources told Customs Today that Director FIA Chaudhary Mazhar Ullah received secret information that some people are involved in human smuggling after which he formed a team which raided Asif Mobile Shop and arrested the suspects.
Sources said that the accused collected a huge amount of money from innocent people by promising to send them to Gulf countries. The FIA has also recovered forged stamps, medical certificates, laptops and other material from their custody. Further investigations are still underway.
