FAISALABAD: The Motor Registration branch of the Excise and Taxation Department has earned Rs 470,500 by auctioning attractive motorcycle registration numbers.
According to details, the motor branch presented different numbers where 33 registration numbers attracted suitable bids and were sold for Rs 470,500.
During the auction, “1” number attracted the highest bid and sold for Rs 110,000. The auction was conducted under the supervision of Muhammad Afzal Goraya, the head of Motor Registration branch and by Assistant Director Maher Muhammad Sajjad and Inspector Muhammad Nazim Hussain.
