ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-II on Thursday adjourned the hearing of three customs cases until February 11.
A singe bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal comprising Member Technical, Muhammad Nasir Khan heard all three cases filed by M/s Amson Vaccines (Private) Limited, Islamabad.
The company had filed three different petitions, 53/CU/IB/2015, 54/CU/IB/2015, and 136/CU/IB/2015 through Counsel Sikandar Qazi. The company had challenged various decisions of customs department before the tribunal through aforementioned petitions.
