KARACHI: The Inland Revenue (IR) Intelligence and Investigation has deputed its teams at different famous hotels in Karachi to keep an eye on local investors who may try to send their black money abroad using illegal means.
The IR Intelligence has taken this step following information that representatives of real estate sector from the United Arab Emirates arrived in Karachi who would help the local investors to transact their money from Pakistan to UAE in order to avoid the liable taxes.
The IR Intelligence has formed three teams comprising three members those will trace the investors holding meetings with the representatives of the real estate.
