APTEA urges chairman FBR to fix salaries of customs superintendents

LAHORE: All Pakistan Tax Employees Association (APTEA) has urged the chairman of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the fixation of salary of the customs superintendents.

All Pakistan Tax Employees Association President Aslam Pervaiz told Customs Today that the FBR promoted customs superintendents in BS-17 in December 2015 but their salaries were not fixed according to the BS-17.

He appealed to FBR Chairman Nisar Mohammad Khan to issue orders for fixation of salaries of the customs superintendents according to BS-17. He also added that the FBR should ensure the payment of special allowance and restore the performance allowance of the employees.
