MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has assigned the revenue collection target of Rs 6.55 billion to the Regional Tax Office for February.
As per details, the FBR the Regional Tax Office Multan have been assigned Rs 3.34 billion sales tax collection, Rs 3.16 billion income tax and Rs 50 million federal excise duty under various heads.
The office has also held a special meeting to make a plan to collect Rs 6.55 billion tax for February in the on-going fiscal year. The Multan office is facing more than Rs 1 billion revenue shortfall after the end of January.
