Multan RTO suspends company for not filing tax returns‏

MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue Regional Tax Office Multan have suspended Pak-Group of Trading and Consultancy Services Company for not filing consecutive sales tax returns.

The Regional Tax Office Multan is urging all private firms and business companies to pay their taxes . The tax authorities have started crackdown campaign against defaulters for the accomplishment of revenue target assigned by Federal Board of Revenue.

Pak Group of Trading and Consultancy office located in Kot Addu Muzaffargarh . Several notices were issued to the company asking to clear its outstanding tax amount but the company failed to do so.

Commissioner Inland Revenue RTO Multan Zubair Bilal have issued the directions of suspension after examining the tax record of said company in which they have failed to file tax returns from July 2014 to December 2014   under section 2(2) of the Sales Tax Act 1990.

Now said company have been asked to submit their response as early as possible otherwise company will be blacklisted in further action.
