LAHORE: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has seized three kilograms heroin worth Rs 30 million at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore.
Sources told Customs Today that the ANF team raided the airport and recovered three kilogram of high quality heroin which was hidden in a bag. The estimated value of the heroin is almost Rs 30 million.
Sources said the bag filled with heroin is owned by a woman namely Arfa, who was travelling from Lahore to Saudi Arabia along with his son Waqar Ahmed.
The accused has stated that the bag was given to her by an unknown person, who has said to hand over this bag to another person in Jeddah.
The Anti-Narcotics Force has seized the heroin and shifted the accused and his son to unknown place for further investigation.
