ISLAMABAD: Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Nisar Mohammad Khan will pay official visit to Karachi during next few days.
Sources informed Customs Today that his recently planned visit was postponed due to meeting of Economic Committee of Cabinet (ECC). Now it is expected that Chairman FBR will visit Karachi during next week and hold meetings with chief collectors, chief commissioners and other officials.
Prominent businessmen and other trade representative will also call on him. The purpose to hold meetings is to generate more revenue to meet the financial target set for Fiscal Year 2015-16. FBR Chairman is taking every possible measure to generate revenues.
