Minister for weeding out hurdles in rapid industrialisation

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Industries, Commerce & Investment Ch Muhammad Shafique has called on Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) regional chairman Mian Rehman Aziz and discussed various matters of mutual interest and hurdles associated with rapid industrialisation.

During the meeting, Mian Rehman said that steps should be taken to set up industries across the Punjab. He further said investment should be encouraged and the government should build environment of opportunities to invest in the country. He further said liberal and transparent policy for investors should be made. One window facilitation centres may also be considered for industrialization and foreign direct investment, he said.
