ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-II will hear seven tax references on Tuesday (today) filed against Collectorate of Customs.
Out of seven, six tax references were filed against Customs Peshawar by M/s Hattar Electronics, Haripur. One was filed by M/s Madni Poly Tex.
Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-II Member Technical Muhammad Maqsoodul Hassan would hear the references.
M/s Hattar Electronics, Haripur had filed references challenging decision of Customs Collector, Peshawar and sought relief from the tribunal.
These references were filed in 2008, under numbers: 181-186/CU/IB/2008. Advocate Hamid Idrees would argue on behalf of appellant.
