Islamabad High Court will hear three tax cases today

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court will hear three tax matters on Tuesday (today) carrying the Customs Appellate Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) as party.

A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah will hear the cases.

Among these cases, M/s United Express and M/s Amson Vaccine had filed customs tax matters in which it had made party to the Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad and officers of the Large Taxpayer’s Unit Regional Tax Office.

In another sales tax matter, M/s Pak Telecom Mobile Limited had complained against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue and officers of large taxpayer’s unit.

Appellant in all three references had challenged the decisions of receptive tribunal through their submission before the court and had sought relief pertaining to tax impositions.
