Gwadar Customs recovers hashish, smuggled perfumes

KARACHI: The Customs Collectorate Gwadar has recovered a huge quantity of fine quality hashish and smuggled perfumes during a crackdown.

Sources informed Customs Today that the Gwadar customs authorities received information about the smuggling of narcotics from a house which was located in Goshahi area.

The authorities constituted an ASO team which intercepted a Mazda truck and recovered 60 kilograms of fine quality hashish and 100 bottles of smuggled perfumes. The authorities also taken into custody a suspect. Sources said that the market value of the seized hashish is Rs 6 million.
