Gwadar Customs impounds smuggled items worth Rs 38.6m in 20 days

KARACHI: Customs Collectorate Gwadar recovered a huge quantity of smuggled goods during the first 20 days of February. The market value of these items is Rs 38.6 millions.

Sources told Customs Today that eight accused were taken into custody during seizure of these items. The items which were seized in the first week of February include 86,000 liters of smuggled Iranian diesel, 1,000 bundles of non-duty paid cigarettes and 25 kilograms of hashish.
