MULTAN: Customs Adjudication Collector Raja Tahir Majeed will hear six cases of tax evasion today (Wednesday) made by Customs Intelligence and Investigation and Multan Customs
According to details, the Customs Adjudication collector will hear case of Fatima Fertilizer. The case has been made by Multan Dry Port, while the other two cases of Customs Intelligence are also scheduled for the day.
Hearing of a case against Fatima Fertilizer involving Rs 254 million, which has been remanded back to adjudication by Customs Tribunal, will also be heard. The collector will hear the case of Power Technologies Private Limited, besides hearing the arguments of both parties in a case pertaining to the seizure of 15 generators and auto parts.
