M/s Joy Foam’s director files post-bail plea in Customs Court

LAHORE: The Special Federal Court of Customs, Taxation and Anti Smuggling has adjourned the hearing of the post-arrest bail plea filed by Hassan Javed, the director of M/s Joy Foam, until the next hearing. The suspect is facing charges of huge tax evasion.

Earlier, the Special Court of Customs, Taxation and Anti-Smuggling remanded the suspect into the Customs Investigation’s custody for 10 days.
