ISLAMABAD: Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Nisar Mohammad will take final decison on a case filed against Rashid Ahmad who is official of Inland Revenue Service and working in BS-18 in Regional Tax Office Lahore.
Sources informed Customs Today that during the proceedings of case deputy commissioner Rashid Ahmad presented himself before the Chairman FBR and explained his position. Chairman FBR heard all the case personally and deferred the final verdict regarding continuation and discontituation of this case.
It is pertinent to mention here that Chairman FBR holds the authority to postpone disciplinary action agaisnt any employee or levy minor penalty on him.
