FIA arrests two human traffickers in Sialkot

SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested two notorious human traffickers, Muhammad Qamar and Muhammad Akram, from Chan Da Qila bypass.

FIA Deputy Director Chaudhry Khalid Anees told Customs Today that the accused were involved in sending innocent people abroad, especially to the European, African and the Gulf States illegally after extorting big amounts from them.

The FIA has also recovered several passports, fake official documents of different embassies, fake visa stamps, fake medical certificates and embossing machines from the suspects.

He revealed that FIA has sent the accused behind the bars after registering separate cases against them. Further investigations are underway.
