Court sentences 2 drug smugglers to one year in prison

LAHORE: The Anti-Narcotics Court has sentenced two suspects to one year imprisonment each in a drug smuggling case.

According to details, the suspects, Naeem Salman and Baitullah, were arrested by the Anti-Narcotics Forces while trying to smuggle more than one kilogram of charas. The ANF registered a case against them and presented them before the court of Abdul Jabbar Khan. After a trial, the judge sentenced both of them to one year in jail and imposed a penalty of Rs 20,000 each.
