Nestle announces to increase investment in dairy sector

KARACHI: Nestle Pakistan has announced to invest more in the projects of dairy farm products, said Nestle Pakistan Managing Director Bruno Olierhoek.

In this regard, Olierhoek held a meeting with Sindh Board of Investment (SBI) Chairperson Naheed Memon and expressed interest in exploring dairy farm products in Sindh.

Talking to the delegation, Memon said that attractive investment avenues are available in Sindh, which can be utilised through timely planning. She said that the Sindh government is encouraging investment in various sectors, including fruits, milk, meat and fish and a number of incentives are being offered in this regard.

She also suggested the members of the delegation to come forward for distribution of products and also establish new factories. Olierhoek appreciated the policies of the provincial government regarding investment opportunities.
