Shahbaz Sharif inaugurates 5th Pak-China Business Forum

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has inaugurated the fifth Pak-China Business Forum at expo centre Lahore.

Business forum is being held with the cooperation of COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT). Other partners include Ministry of Science and Technology, Punjab Board of Investment and Trade and National Testing Service (NTS).

The major objectives of the Pak-China business forum were to increase foreign direct investment into Pakistan, improve export opportunities to China, develop stronger B2B (business-to-business) relations with Chinese business and enhance economic activity in the country by strengthening academia and industry alliance.

The event includes an exhibition to display products, business-to-business meetings as well as thematic workshops for scholarly work.
