LAHORE: The Special Federal Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling has ordered suspect Ameer Shah to appear before the court within 10 days otherwise he will be declared as proclaimed offender.
Sources told Customs Today that Ameer Shah son of Mubarak Shah, a resident of Umer Kheil, tehsil Bara Khyber Agency, was wanted in a smuggling case. The Customs court sent many summons to him at his residence but he is still avoiding to present himself before the court.
Now the court of Chaudhay Ameer Muhammad Khan has issued a final notice to the accused that he must be presented in the court within ten days otherwise he will be declared as proclaimed offender and all of his property movable or immovable will be seized too.
