ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear four Customs references on Monday. The references were filed against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).
The division bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb would hear the cases. These reference had been filed by M/s Khyber Logistics (Private) Limited and Muhammad Anwar Khan.
Each of the appellant had filed two different references challenging ATIR decisions given in preceding years regarding duty taxes.
