KARACHI: Pakistan Customs has arrested a couple at Jinnah International Airport Karachi on the charges of narcotics smuggling.
According to a Customs Preventive official, the couple was intending to travel to Saudi Arabia. High quality heroin was recovered from their possession which was stated to be worth Rs 15 million, he added.
The recovered narcotics were sent to laboratory for the tests. A case has been registered under the Narcotics Act and investigation started.
