LAHORE: The Special Federal Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling has approved the bail plea of Ziaul Mustafa in a tax evasion case.
According to details, Ziaul Mutafa is a director of Abdullah Sugar Mills. The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) had detected tax evasion of M/s Abdullah Sugar Mills on import of machinery from different countries. Sources told Customs Today that amount of tax evasion is in millions of rupees. After investigations, the FBR submitted petition against the directors of the mills.
Another director of the sugar mills had already got bail from the court while Ziaul Mustafa has now obtained bail in tax evasion case.
