ASO confiscates smuggled parachute cloth, mosquito net worth Rs 2m

LAHORE: The Customs Anti-Smuggling Organisation (ASO) foiled a bid to smuggle 19 bales of Iranian made parachute fabric and mosquito net worth Rs 2 million at Railways Station.

On the directives of Assistant Collector Dr Adnan, ASO team comprising Inspectors Khalid Butt, Sajad Bukhari and other raided the Akbar Express Quetta train at the Railways Station and detained the illegally imported fabric and net.
