Customs ASO detains Rs 403m illegal items, vehicles

LAHORE: The Anti-Smuggling Organisation of Custom Collectorate Preventived has detained non-customs paid items and vehicles worth Rs 403.004 million during the period from July 2015 to March 2016 whereas cases valuing Rs 345.156 million were made during the corresponding period of the last year.

It shows an increase of Rs 9.47 million as compared with March 2015 and an increase of Rs 57.848 million as compared with the corresponding period of the last year.
