LAHORE: The Special Court of Anti-Narcotics has sentenced two suspects to imprisonment and imposed cash penalties in separate drug selling cases.
According to the details, Muhammad Ilyas was arrested by the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) from Lahore following the recovery of one kilogram of charas from him. A team of the ANF prosecution presented a complete challan against him before the court. The court, while deciding the case, sentenced him to one year imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 20,000.
In another verdict, the court sentenced 18 months imprisonment to Muhammad Islam and a fine of Rs 25,000. He was also arrested by the ANF following the recovery of 1,500 gram of charas from his possession.
