IHC adjourns hearing of tax references filed by M/s Jammu Kashmir Housing Society

ISLAMABAD: A divisional bench of Islamabad high Court adjourned hearing of five tax references challenging decisions of Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue and FBR’s filed office on Tuesday.

IHC divisional bench, comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the arguments on the references filed by Jammu Kashmir Co-operative Housing Society.

Jammu Kashmir Co-operative Housing Society had filed all five references against Appellate Tribunal and officers of Large Taxpayers’ Unit, Islamabad.

Advocate Rahat Shaheen Khokhar argued on behalf of the appellant.  Advocate Muhammad Shakeel Awan, ATIR’s counsel had sought time to submit reply. The court granted the time and dated the cases in office for scheduling of next date of hearing.
