RTO-III generates Rs 38,235m in first 20 days of April

KARACHI: The Regional Tax Office RTO-III has collected Rs 38,235 million during the earlier 20 days of April.

According to sources, RTO-I collected Rs 36,068 million as income tax while Rs 2,112 million were collected under the head of sales tax and Rs 37 million generated as federal excise duty (FED).

It is pertinent to mention here that the RTO-I had recovered Rs 18,356 million during the earlier ten days of April which include Rs 1,7347 million as income tax, Rs 992 million as sales tax while Rs 17 million were generated in wake of federal excise duty (FED).
