ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear cases involving Customs Appellate Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) on Monday.
An IHC division bench comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah would hear reference filed against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR). This reference had been submitted by M/s Capgas, challenging decision of the ATIR pertaining to a sales tax matter.
Another IHC division bench comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani would take on hearing customs reference. Safdar Hayat had challenged Custom Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad decision through the petition.
