LAHORE: The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) on Thursday sealed two agencies to recover sales tax.
According to details, Additional Commissioner PRA Shafqat Rasool Sindhu sealed Mehboob Recruitment Agency and Abdullah International Agency due to non-payment of outstanding sales tax amounting to Rs 2 million and Rs 10 million ,respectively. He said that several notices had been sent to both the agencies but they failed to pay the taxes. He said that collection of taxes is essential for carrying out development work in the country.
